Starting September with Beautiful Weddings

We kicked off September with two weddings. On the 1st, we returned to Quinta de Catralvos, and what an emotional day it was!

We began the ceremony with Yellow by Coldplay, performed with just acoustic guitar and voice. But as the bride walked down the aisle, we were in for a surprise — she arrived hand in hand with the coolest dad ever, and with the most radical hairstyle ever: a mohawk!

The ceremony was deeply emotional, and as usual, I had to hold back tears to avoid bursting into uncontrollable sobs. The whole celebration was filled with heartfelt moments, as the family had overcome so many challenges together.

September – The Month of Corporate Events

September was also the month of corporate events. We performed at Páteo Alfacinha in Lisbon, World of Wine in Porto, Quinta D’Anta in Figueira da Foz, Hotel Cascais Miragem, Santiago do Cacém, and ended the month at Casa do Lago in the Algarve.

At this last event, we performed with two vocalists — but the real stars of the show were the guests! It was a golf club, but it could easily have been a singers’ club. Our concert quickly turned into a true live karaoke session, and to our surprise, there were some hidden rock stars among the audience! It was absolutely unforgettable.

Celebrating at Amassa in the Heart of Santarém

In between, our acoustic trio celebrated the third anniversary of Amassa, a charming Italian restaurant in the heart of Santarém, known for its great taste and amazing food. It was such a warm, joyful evening filled with good music, laughter, and delicious dishes.

Wrapping Up the Wedding Season

We finished the wedding season in early October. On the 2nd, we played at the breathtaking Quinta Lago dos Cisnes — a true fairy-tale setting! Beyond the beauty of the venue, the food was incredible and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

The next day, we travelled to Quinta da Falésia to bring music and joy to Paula and Luis’s cocktail hour. The last wedding of the season ended with a stunning sunset!

In just two days, we drove 700 km — but it was worth every mile. It always is.

More Than Concerts – Sharing Life Stories

For us, it’s never “just a concert.”

It’s about connecting with people from all over the world, discovering different cultures, and listening to their stories. That always moves me deeply.

Even when I’m not at my best — whether I’m sick, tired, or going through a rough patch — there’s one thing I know for sure: after every concert, I always feel better. I’m deeply grateful to be able to live and share these moments of joy and humanity through music.
