May was filled with love, joy, and unforgettable wedding celebrations!

We had the honour of being part of several beautiful weddings this past month, from intimate ceremonies to vibrant dancefloor parties. Each couple brought their own unique style and energy, and we loved adapting our music to make every moment truly special.

On the first weekend of May we drove until Algarve to play at Duna Beach Lagos (Lagos brings such good memories to me as it was the place where spent all of my childhood holidays!). We started our performance with an acoustic version of The Best, by Tina Turner, for the first dance, and then the full Band bring all the energy to the chorus so all the guests start to dance. Allen&Ciara chose a setlist with lots of rock songs and all of the guests were dancing and singing with us.

You can check here some of those moments:

On the next day we drove until Quinta do Coração, not so far from our hometown, and started our performance with a brazilian special request: Minha Menina, by Os Mutantes. Musa&Gustavo never stoped dancing from the begining until the end of our performance!

On the 10th May we were at O Forte da Crismina, an incredible venue by the sea to bring the party on to an italian bride and a portuguese groom. We always like to make surprises and put the guests singing and we had a guest singing Zombie, by The Cramberries and it has surprised all the guests!

On the 17th it was a full package! We played with our acoustic duo at the ceremony. Walking after you, by Foo Fighters, was the song chosen by Ana for walking the aisle moment. And, to end the ceremony, the classic Perfect Day, by Lou Reed. For the cocktail, we had our Trio with double bass for some chill vibes with this amazing view of the vineyards. And after dinner, all the guests danced and sang with us!

We kicked off the weekend with a breathtaking view over the Douro River, at the beautiful Vintage House Hotel in Pinhão. We played two songs in acoustic duo for the ceremony, then a chilled one-hour set during the cocktail, and later in the evening, we brought out the full band after dinner.

The party started with the newlyweds’ first dance to “Everybody Wants to Rule the World” by Tears for Fears. This was the full package — live music, great vibes, and a DJ who kept the dancefloor alive until 4 a.m.!

The next day, we hit the road to Quinta Cardeal, in Fajozes. Our gig there was split in two: a feel-good pop set for the cocktail and a full hour of rock after dinner. And the cherry on top? A surprise Bollywood-style dance by the bride, groom, and their wedding squad — it was epic!

We wrapped up a month full of weddings on May 29th at Quinta de Prata, in Porto. This gig was full of surprises: the bride’s father played a song with his niece singing, and another guest jumped in to play guitar and sing too!

It was also quite a challenge — we added six brand new songs to the setlist, and each one was a real adventure:

“If I Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keys,

“The Way You Look Tonight” by Frank Sinatra,

“I Wanna Hold Your Hand” by The Beatles,

and two rock anthems: “Sweet Child o’ Mine” and “Livin’ on a Prayer.”

What a night!

A special shout-out to all the amazing couples who trusted us to soundtrack their big day — thank you for letting us be part of your story.

Here’s to more love, laughter, and music-filled moments!

Stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes stories and upcoming events.
